PredRadar collects minimal data to provide our prediction market aggregation service. We may collect:

Usage data: Pages visited, time spent, and general navigation patterns via server logs.
Account data: Email address if you create a Pro account.
Technical data: IP address, browser type, and device information for security and performance.

How We Use Your Data

We use collected data solely to operate and improve PredRadar. We do not sell personal data to third parties. Data is used for:

Providing and maintaining the service
Processing Pro subscription payments
Analyzing usage to improve features
Preventing abuse and ensuring security

Cookies & Analytics

PredRadar uses essential cookies for session management (pr_session) and CSRF protection (pr_oauth_state during Google sign-in).

We use Google Analytics (GA4) to measure aggregate page-level traffic so we can improve the product. Google sets first-party cookies (_ga, _ga_*) on your browser and collects standard request metadata (page URL, referrer, device type, coarse location derived from IP). We do not send personally identifying information such as your email or account ID to Google. Data flows to Google under their privacy policy; you can opt out by installing Google's opt-out browser add-on or by enabling tracker blocking in your browser.

We do not use advertising cookies or display third-party ads.

Data Retention

Server logs are retained for 30 days. Account data is retained while your account is active and deleted within 30 days of account closure.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. EU/UK users have additional rights under GDPR.
